Mix altogether, pour into unbaked 9” pie crust in plate.  Place top crust on.  Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.  After the first 20 minutes of baking, cover the edges with either the metal pie crust “rim” or tin foil.

Serve warm with either whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
